Return & Refund Policy

At KB Custom Fabrication, every piece we create is crafted with care and precision. Because many of our products are custom-made to order, returns are limited. Please review our policy below:

Custom Orders

  • All custom and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.

  • If there is an error on our part (wrong design, incorrect size, or defect in craftsmanship), we will either repair, replace, or refund the item at no additional cost to you.

Non-Custom / Standard Products

  • Standard, non-custom products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping costs.

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition to qualify.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our mistake.
